Nursing Sister, Mary Frances Martha; British Red Cross & St John of Jerusalem. She served in France from 19-10-14 (the 1914 star roll shows disembarkation as at 19th August) to 30-11-14 with the Brussels Unit . She also served from 2-5-17 to 13-11-17. She was born in 1875; in the 1911 census she was a Trained Nurse in the private household of Esther Oldridge de la Hey; in 1932 she married Alexander Henderson, a widowered clergyman; she died in 1950. Her British Red Cross records show: Trained Nurse.
