Robert Joel Cazalet; British Red Cross Society & Order of St John of Jerusalem. He was born in 1887 in Wallingford, Berkshire; in the 1911 census he was living in Hampstead (as a boarder) and was a medical student at the Middlesex Hospital. He served in France from 18-9-15 to 2-1-19 as a Medical Officer, reaching the rank of Honorary Captain. In 1939 he is shown as MRCS and LRCP and was living in Nice, France -- he was still there in 1942 shown as retired.
