General Terms of Business
All details of business terms, prices, and descriptions of items offered for sale on this site are current, subject to change without prior notice and replace any previously advertised details.
Our Guarantee
All items are offered as original and genuine, unless otherwise stated (such as replacement suspensions or ribbons on medals).
Subject to the terms listed below we offer a money back guarantee on all goods supplied:
1. Should you believe that any item purchased is not genuine or substantially as described, you should contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item should then be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. (The return address can be found under the "Contact Us" tab.) If we are not notified within 7 days and the item returned within 14 days, the item will be considered as sold. We regret that Postage, Packing and/or Delivery Charges are not refundable.
2. This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on the behalf of a third party, or to goods that have been damaged, disassembled, tampered with, or offered for resale after purchase.
3. The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country. The parties must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to international sales, purchases and postage of items including the payment of any taxes or customs duties. If an item has to be returned because it cannot be imported into your country, we can offer other goods to the same value in exchange, less any return postage and import costs incurred by us, but are unable to give a refund.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy. The seller is not responsible for any misinterpretation of the listing description.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Orders
No contract will exist between you and us until we have received full payment from you and have dispatched the ordered good(s). Please note that our initial acknowledgment of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order. You may also receive a payment acknowledgment; this again does not constitute acceptance of that order. Should we decide, for any reason, not to accept your order we will advise you accordingly and any monies paid will be refunded.
Availability of Goods
This web site is designed to show only items of stock that are still available for sale; however, it is just possible that an item could be sold during your visit to the web site. In the unlikely event that an item has been sold by the time that you place your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by return e-mail.
Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to a delivery, packing and handling charge. The correct charges should be calculated automatically via our ordering system and are based on the total weight and value of your order, your location, and our normal method of despatch, as detailed below. We reserve the right to modify any miscalculation; any such changes will be notified to you prior to shipping.
• UK Packets worth up to £50 are sent via Royal Mail's Insured 'Signed For' service with proof of posting and delivery, plus full purchase price compensation in the event of a loss in transit.
• UK Packets worth over £50 are sent via Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service with proof of posting and delivery including special security handling throughout, plus full purchase price compensation in the event of a loss in transit. You may opt to use the 'Signed For' service at your own risk for lower value packets. Please discuss this with us prior to posting.
• Overseas orders are all sent via Royal Mail's International Airmail 'Tracked & Signed' service with proof of posting and delivery, including tracking throughout, plus full purchase price compensation in the event of a loss in transit.
All items are packed to minimise the risk of any damage in transit and we retain all relevant despatch documentation to facilitate an insurance claim in the unlikely event of a loss in transit. Other methods of delivery, or collection, may be possible by prior agreement.
Please note that we are not responsible for any postal strikes, war, Acts of God, or other matters beyond our control in deliveries.
