Cyril Phillips. He was born in 1884; he also served in the Natal Rebellion (entitled to medal and clasp). He was commissioned into the Artillery in the Australian Imperial Force in the First World War and was promoted to Captain (entitled to 1914-15 star trio). He contracted bilharzia in 1916 and was repatriated home. He qualified as a doctor and was a published author. He died in 1940.
