John Norwood. He served with the 6th battalion. His soldiers papers exist which show that he entered France on 9-6-16 and was posted wounded and missing on 4th August 1916. His grave was located near Ovillers-la-Boiselle in February 1918 so was deemed to have been killed in action on the date he went missing. Unfortunately, his body was never recovered and he is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.
